Day number 3--our first week is almost finished

I have almost made it! We have been adjusting to school at home and I am still learning how my children learn. Our first day was LONG because we needed to organize and even after all the reading I have done, I was not prepared for the reality of homeschooling. Yesterday went well and today went even better with us finishing right after lunch. Of course I am trying to incorporate A LOT into their day and know I need to relax a bit but not until I am sure they are challenged.

This morning Dennis left us a beautiful wolf spider wiht spiderlings on the dining room table. After we were done screaming we actually appreciated how beautiful they are. Now what am I going to do with it, LOL
